Our Barracuda Review

Open nearly 12 months and packed to the rafters all weekend, but yet many have not seen what the Baracuda Bar has to offer. With 22 TV?s and 2 big screens it?s the place to watch sport. On a night-time our DJ takes you through till late 5 days a week. With live PA`s & guest djs it?s the perfect haunt of students and townies.

This place is great for a pre-clubbin drop in, interior is unique, music's cheesy but fun and people are friendly, plus the t.v screens allow you to watch people strut their stuff on the dancefloor.

We are a bar but we open late (2am most nights). The dj is not a mong but adheres to our company playlist like the one galaxy. The air conditioning has finally been fixed so you can dance your T*ts off and still stay cool!! We are always open to suggestions from customers and would like them via the email address above.

this place is great, it plays all the music other places won't dare to play, all the 90's classics:) great. cheap beer. excellent atmosphere great for a cheap none clubbing night out, or pre club. this is the only place i've been back to since i moved to manchester. well i like it anyways:)

A good night if you're out for a laugh in a big group. The music is cheesy but that's what we were looking for! And the atmosphere is fun, there's also no bitchiness or stuck up attitudes about. Not the place for pulling dishy men though, they were all under 21 and badly dressed!

Don?t be fooled in to thinking that The Springbok is a sports bar. They refuse to put the commentary on for Monday night football games and often turn the TV?s over to adverts before the match has finished. They have also recently stopped showing some of the Sunday afternoon football games. It seems that The Springbok has forgotten what it initially opened as.

This is our usual saturday night hangout,has a slightly older crowd but its you and your mates who make the most of it.The dj needs to stop playing the same tunes over and over again!!!!

really liked it in here-played good music (along with a few cheesy tunes) and the drinks weren't priced badly. No kn*bhead doorstaff either which was good. Good for pulling+watching u and ur mates havin a boogie on the screen!def go again

My usual saturday night haunt! Love the music, plays stuff thats great to dance to. Bar staff are always quick to serve you. The bouncers are lovely n friendly + have often helped me n my best mate after a bit too much alcohol!! It does get absolutely packed n really hot, but the atmosphere totally makes up for it. Overall..a great night out, i' definitely recommend it

TOP NITE OUT!! woz in there last nite, me n mi m8s always av a top laugh in ere. we go every weekend guarentted! great music, drinks r average price (n offers on all the time), staff r friendly (n sum r fit!!) the only bad thing bout here is that it dus get really overcrowded sumtimes which makes it really hot and a few men r a bit pervy but hey u get that everywhere!!! anyway its stil a good nite n it makes up 4 it if u tel the pervs where 2 shuv it n 2 use a menu as a fan 2 keep ya cool!!

dear who ever reads this ! just to say that i bought photo of my night out,baracuda were quick enough to take the money out of my account but to date i have never recived the photo, do you think this is a scam? has anyone else out there had the sam problem?. , the money was taken out of my account on june 11th i would be interested to hear from anyone from baracuda with an answer.

Scott a message from Barracuda ? I have checked our transaction records and found that you never told us the date of the picture you requested. Without this information, we can not process the order. We emailed you back in June to inform you. We are still waiting for your reply. Having read your post on this site I have emailed you again. If you tell us the date we will send your order or if you prefer a full refund.
