Great traditional pub with friendly staff, not the cheapest in town, but well worth it. Great food, and fab quiz night Tue night. Traditional beers, kept very well and great place to meet and have a relaxing evening, before you hit the clubs ! Recommend the Sunday lunches only ?6 for 3 courses.

Well as the owner, I have to say it is the best, but if its not. please tell me and we will sort it out, if we can.
Try the quiz night, Tue 9.00pm, but come early if you want a seat! do battle with our very own quizmaster, lots of give away prizes.
Quiet local in the heart of the city, opp Piccadily Stn.
Friendly, small, great food, come and try us for the best team of staff in Manchester, they are great.

One of the best nights in Mancs on Tuesday. Top Quiz night with the funniest quiz master in the city. The staff are right friendly folk and you can't help but fell like all the customers know each other. Just get there early or you won't get a seat.

I found this bar to be really over priced, no wonder there was no-one in (Friday night)

The atmosphere was not that good we felt a bit intimidated because we are lesbians and just had 1 drink and left, will not visit again

Not a lot happens here, never anyone in when Im there. I found the staff arrogant which is sad because it is a nice bar but too expensive.

Expensive? Not really. Unfriendly? Hardly. Food? Straightforward and good. If you want exquisite fine dining then go somewhere with exquisite prices. Simply, the Bulls Head is a good pub, with good, well maintianed beers and a surprisingly satisfying winelist. It is also one of the friendliest places I know in central Manchester even when crowded. If you had a bad time there, then I suggest you go another time: you'll be well rewarded.
