I have just been treatrd to afternoon tea at Cloud 23, and, whilst i enjoyed it, my fellow diners said they had had a better afternoon tea elsewhere. What really let it down was the table next to us that had all the debris on it from the previous diners, plates, cups and saucers, wine glasses and all the napkins piled onto a chair. The staff made no attempt whatsoever to clear it and we had to look at it whilst we ate. I mean, they clear tables pretty much straight away in McDonalds, you would expect the Hilton to be more on the ball. It didn't look very proffesional at all.
Fortunately the fab cocktails and wicked views made up for the disappointment of the dining experience. Would go again but after 5pm just for drinks.

As a female visitor to Cloud 23 i felt as though my friend and i were to a large extent overlooked by the pretentious and unmistakebly flirtatious female waitresses who were seen to favour males, even those who entered the bar after us, over us. It took about twenty minutes to get served and when we did the waitress appeared condescending and patronising in serving us. Views are however amazing and the clientelle, despite a woman lacking her shoes, are on the whole civil and pleasant.

Was going to take my current better half for Valentines day but not worth the risk of a disaster.
Soon be the highest charity shop in the world.

(Went 2 months ago)Over-priced tosh. Full of southern jessies, footballers & wannabees. The sooner Mancs avoid this place the better. As for the red carpet - Very 1970's or American, you choose.

Overpriced
3 bottles of beer, 1 Gin and Tonic and a Vodka Cranberry came to 26 quid... I mean I would expect to pay this in London but Manchester???
Views are good but the decor is sub par considering what the bar aspires to be. Nasty carpet, cheap wood furnishings and bubbly wallpaper for somewhere that aspires to be somewhere in the stratosphere is a bit shocking really.
The fact that you have to queue for the elevator and have the fashion police on tap really does make it a little bit laughable really.

Cloud 23 - What a joke. I took a mate last Saturday and was not really all that impressed. First impressions was the cheap red carpet leading to the elevator before being eyed up by a lady with a clip board. On arrival it took near 15 mins to get one drink leaving me half tempted to approach the bar myself. When given the menu it looked more like a 13 year old boys porn mag as the pages where stuck together or already ripped. Dont get me wrong the views are amazing but then again i have travelled outside of this city so it wasnt anything special.

Great variety of drinks which are definately not to be found anywhere else in the city. The bar staff are exceptionally professional. The views are absolutely stunning, cant knock this place one bit.
