Looks like a quality place now. Much nicer upstairs now they have re-done it all and the cocktails are great.

Im organising an event here, and i have to say, whilst it wasnt nice awhile ago they have recently updated it and its really warm and inviting. Comfy sofas and lighting its much better, MY Nights raising money for christies on 31st may, and features unsigned indie/rock bands from manchster so come along!

Went down last saturday to a nigh called reinvent it was wicked had one of the besst nights out in town ive had after being in manchester for 2 years. Was a bit diubious about comming down at first but now am very much glad i did

could do with tarting up abit and the staff are a bit dim. Top curly fries however and a good place to sink a pint or 5 of hoegaarden. Always make a detour dry-wards when in town!

top house and trance night there... big dj's playing..1st fri of every month 2004.. les hemstock(feb)..petrae foy(apr) and goldenscan(may)..me and the residents in june..go to this night its awesome!!!!

I've heard bad things about this place. I've been several times and it's been fine. A few dickheads (like any other place) but we've always enjoyed it. Staff are nice. Doorstaff good.

Well what can I say......I left Manchester a few years ago and recently I had the opportunity to meet up with me mates for a p*ss up....I thought it would be good to go to Dry for old times sake.....fookin hell what have they done....paper f**kin Ikea lampshades on the lighting and sad linen on the columns....it's a f**kin disgrace.....

Dry has just had a much needed face lift and it seems to have attracted a much nicer crowd. Check out Thursday nights Critical Mass resident DJ Marcus Graham is joined by monthly residents Steve Parry, Lomas & Andy Price, Craig Stafford and Chris & Olli Sterio. The fifth Thursday of any month is 'Critical MashUp' with 14 DJ's over 7 hours, the first one was wicked!

don't listen to all that about bleached hair & piercings. go dry bar, have a drink, have a spliff, score some drugs, harrass women, create a disturbance. all the trendy dicks try and not make eye contact then leave when u start shouting at em. great fun. always something worth robbin just lying round...you must be mistaken, mate, this is my fone. just bought it. so f**k off. but give us a fag first...and a spliff..yeah, nice one..you take care...

Dry Bar - like your favourite pair of underpants from when you were nine...used to be really good, but now you've grown out of them, they are'nt that fashionable anymore and there's a rather peculiar whiff about them... Only worth one point but I put 2 because 2 is my luck number. And you'd think I was taking the p*ss if I put one. :D
