Hardys Review:

Another fantastic building that dominates the landscape - unfortunately it has been passed on from one crap brewery to another. Formerly Edwards (you get the picture) it's now Hardy's but you wouldn't notice any real difference, its still rubbish.

Hardys?? Forget it... Lloyds all the way. A thoroughly decent place, great food, fantastic service. The old incarnation was dire, but Lloyds has transformed the old stead into a genuinely enjoyable night out. If only ALL J.W. Lee's pubs were run like this. Go there. Now.

This place is dodgy. There are rumours that it is being bought by J.W. Lees, and I hope they close it for a while so the clientellt find someone else to go.
