Our Hardys Well Review

Local writer Lemn Sissay's words stand tall and proud on the side of Hardy's Well as a homage to the venue. It's been a firm favourite with the more open-minded local and students for many moons. Formerly the home of cracking nights like Breakdown & Recovery, the place throbbed with smiley punters intent on staying up well into the middle of the week. Nowadays things tend to be a bit more sedate. The traditional feel to the place is decent; there's a pool table and plenty of seating for large groups to settle into and guzzle the reasonably priced drinks.

It was better in the good ol' days when Andy P was the Manager and Ollie C was the Assistant Manager.
