Our Po Na Na Review
One of the best value and most consistent venues in town Po Na Na is part of a nationwide chain that includes the awesome Hammersmith Palais. Don't let the fact that its part of a chain put you off though as Po Na Na is a different beast from your typical high street venues. Based around a faux-souk north African aesthetic the venue is split over two levels and provides plenty of comfy nooks and cranny's to get intimate with a loved one or go wild on the compact dancefloor. The music policy is great: soul, funk, hip-hop, disco, house, latin, pop etc with a totally unpretentious atmosphere and a friendly crowd.

I used to love po na na. Especially the 2 for 1 drinks before 10:30 or so with a snapfax.
Recently it's taken a turn for the worse as it tries to gain the image of a normal club instead of the chilled out place it was famous far.
Good place to start a night, don't stop late.

Have never been to this club so I'm probably not the best person to review it, but if its anything like any of the other Po Na Na's round the country it must be EXCELLENT! (I regularly frequent the aberdeen club and its class!)

Went for the first time to Po Na Na, and it was wicked. I will be going back very soon. I went on a Friday night and if you like funky Hip hop and RnB then its the place for you! No bad athmosphere, just everyone chillin out, geting down to the phat tunes. Can't say what the other nights are like, but if they are half as good as Friday then they will be ok. I high recommend it!

the contrived branding etc is far outweighed by brilliant bar staff and excellent music well worth a visit

Went there on a Tuesday for a night called ?Better than Bedtime? and it was ace. Nice atmosphere, great music, perfect venue? highly recommended
