Brilliant....great relaxed, intimate atmosphere...food great - nice alternative to the loud chrome n' glass trendsville that is usually associated with Canal street. Top place

One of the best bars in the village and in Manchester. Excellent staff, outstanding food. Go on a Sunday, have something off the main menu, Sunday lunch lets the place down a little, sit back sip a cocktail and then relax on the sofas with some passion cake and ice cream. Not the busiest of venues but a great place to chill and get cozy. Excellent service especially from cheeky girl with short dark hair, who unlike the majority of staff in most venues, has a personality!

oh dear, used to be good but is going down hill unfortunately. Don't order the steak, it's really gristly and aint that cheap either. Get it sorted Taurus!

sorry D, the steak was beautiful, well presented, a delight all round (even though we read your review before we went). Definately will go again and tell our friends!! All staff were pleasant, polite, cheerful and well presented. A lovely place to eat and relax!!!
