Our The Footage Review

An abandoned picture house is the setting, and it certainly impresses the local students who arrive there in droves. Legendary nights such as the Vodbull parties are completely packed - both floors, and the majority of table space, is taken up by hot bodies. Whilst no one could ever call this bar ground-breaking, its an embodiment of student life and fun times - and on quieter nights you can watch live football, or play pool. Highly recommended for the budget conscious or those who just want to have a good ol' party night!

I' m a french exchange student at the mmu and the footage is the first pub i went in and I have to admit I'm not disappointed! Yellow card is a great stuff, shame we dont have the same in france... well graet pub, friendly atmosphere, etc etc

Thursday nights is ALCOPOP a great night with cheap drinks. I cant get enough of thoose cheap alcopops.

we venture here on our bar crawl that starts in paramount and ends up in jabez...we love this placve - not sure why but we do!!! the doormen now expect u to have a NUS but i have a student card so they let me in and we got those yellow cards discounts on drinks??? anyway love this place was there on sat and it was full of new students! x

I love this place! Great atmosphere, good music, friendly staff and great drinks prices (especially double vodka n lemon fanta mmmmm!)if uve never been ur missing out! Always guaranteed a good night!

This has got to be the worst bar to go to on, especially on a Monday. If want to wait at a bar for 30 mins and not get served its the best. I was waiting at the bar for so long, I told the bar staff that they were the worst I'd ever come across, which they are. They are slow, serve people that just got to the bar etc. Never, ever go there.

Monday nights, ?1 night! Otherwise it's just a semi-cheap student bar, although it's just revamped itself, made it classier (for shame) - they've raised prices as well (dammit). Having a Yellow Card for drinks discounts would help.
