Our The Bop Review

...is very much student orientated, thus cheesy dance and pop are the order of the day. Aside from those facts, there's very little to say about The Bop. Its not exactly Cream, but it is an incredibly fun night - if you like things that little bit dirty.

I went to the Bop on sataurday night and had a great night. The comment about the Bop being full of sweaty old men is just not true. Yes there are the occassional few but there are also plenty of fit students! i do agree that it is very much like a school disco but when it gets busy it has a fun atmosphere. I recommend not 2 have a vindaloo shot at the downstairs bar as your throat will be burning all night!!! It was a good night out but i think u have 2 b pissed 2 appreciate it!

Abseloutely Class! Great mix of music, especially when you're drunk the cheesey 90's tunes and classic 80s and 70s music really gets you up. Nights spent here, you won't forget. Alot of students, so if you dont like them- steer clear of the bop. Only complaints - dancefloor gets very crowded, hot and drinks aren't exactly cheap but you dont necessarilly have to get drunk to have a good time here. Top Marks Jabezz Clegg!!
