I'm giving this place a big 5!!! Because it's being bought out by GATECRASHER! No more skallys, new staff(meaning no more of those w*nkers standing outside the club telling you, you can't come in for whatever reason they can come up with on the night - doorstaff i think they like to be called!), and of course, fan-bloody-tastic music! All in all...no more s*it nights at M2!!! Woo hoo!

Commercial R&B attracts commercial people. M2 sets the standard for posers in Manchester. One isn't surprised when looking at the dancefloor, to see people desperate to maintain image and chic. Iv been going to M2 Every Time i love the place and the People only Bad part is the Bouncers i get turned away half the time cos of my dress sense EVEN THO i SEE SOO many people Get in with my Style. apparently the boucers check for I.D's Even when i have I.D an check the Dress Code i dont get Let in Now hopefully it aint a racial Matter But im Sure the Bouncer's Duty is to Ensure No Gate crashers Not Fashion Artists. yeah i agree completely with the people who say this place is over crowded and overpriced. the commercial rnb stuff jus makes me sick. the queues are too long, the dance floor not worth trying since you are gonna get elbowed or your toes stepped on. theres jus some kinda hype about this place that makes people flock every thursday, saturday nites. nothing special at all

This place is pretty damm bangin! first time in manchester and chose the right club! starts off slow but when it gets packed and everyone is dancin it is really really good. girls inside are hot! the bouncers seemed fine to me, but you definatly need some form of id to get in. top night will definatly go again!

i had one of the best nights ever here. Saturdays are truly unmissable!!!my advice get on the guestlist to avoid those agonisingly long queues!!!drinks are slightly pricy so make sure a few pubs are visited prior to entering!!if your like me and get a bit sick of sooo much indie then this is a refreshing change and blasts out some wicked hiphop tunes, you will have a good night!!!

Visited this place for the first time in ages on Friday having a good night all in good spirits until we met the DAM RIGHT RUDE girl that takes your money on the door! It?s a shame because it would have been a good night if it wasn?t for her uncalled attitude. M2 should choose their staff carefully as they represent your club and first impressions.

Been to this club loads and ive never had a problem, but ive been lucky. The bar staff are quite good but the door staff are on a power trip and wreck most peoples nights. The venue is smart inside and is usually full of good looking people but some seem a little stuck up. The music is good but a little repetative sometimes. All it needs is a little work doing inside, all the door staff sacking and a rotation of dj's, maybe some local one's, and the venue would be excellent!

Been 2 M2's a few times now with all my m8's from college. Great music and a really gud nite. Get 2 jump the queue bcoz we're 'girls' may seem gud but wen ur wit lads who they refuse to let jump the queue is pure sexist. this is a great club, good music good atmosphere, butunless i get there when it opens at 10pm (which is a bit sad to do) i have to q for 45 nins!! the door staff are pathetic i go nearly week on a sat, i dint go for 3 weeks got asked for my id, i handed them my driving license to be told it doesnt look like me and have i got any more?? ?!!!! also went another time to be refused entry as i was wearing too much gold!!!! what the hell! p.s im not a scally either!

this club is AWFUL! queued up for 30 mins cos people cannot que up and insist on pushing infront of people who have been queing up and the bouncers just watch! finally got in and had to wait another 30 mins + to get a drink and was then informed that we had to have bottles because they had run out of glasses. the amount of money that they make on the door and they cant afford to hire enough bar staff and glass collecters! what a joke!

This club is the place to be. But as you might have noticed - it is a real bitch to get into! It doesn't matter what you wear as long as it's smart and they like you i guess. I've been in with trainers and shoes so... But to be fair they can - there are't many places for R'n'B in M'Cr apart from Pressure which is a meat market. The music's great and there's a lot of talent!

M2 is the place to be in Manchester at the moment. I found the bouncers and staff to be very freindly and helpful. There doing a good job of keeping the scallies out although you do get the occasional one. This club has completely changed since being infinity. Bouncers are arrogant tw*ts, they dont let u in if they dont like the look of you, even if your over age and dressed smartly. one night a bouncer rejected me and i asked why? he said "no reason, just not you tonight, get out of the f*ck*ng que" what sort of an attitude is that? just a tip dont rely on getting in this place everytime over 18 and dressed smart or not! the bouncers on the door are pathetic, i urge you all to stay far away from this dive. The bouncers would not let me or my friends in....we are all over 21....and we were dressed well...then we got a taxi to the sugar lounge and basically walked straight in. So i am not sure why this club has the attitude of a big classy joint when its not.... SORT IT OUT! ITS CRAP!

Cant really comment on this place because I didnt get in. Funny how I can get in Ampersaand, Club V, and Holy City Zoo but not this place. Yet as I was turned away the dorrmen let a group of younger people into the club. Sometimes I just cant figure out what the doormen are doing. Then as I looked back at the que I realised all the people were either young or over 40, so it cant have been very good, and I bet they just played chart music in there as well so I'm kind of glad I didnt get in now!

This is the worst club ever thanks to the idiot bouncers telling me I don't look old enough. I am 19 and I found girls who looked no older than 13 merrily strolling in. When I got in I was intimidated by the idiots messing about. Unfriendly atmosphere except on a Mondays when it's Chinese night they don't seem to give you as much hassle as the other scally losers.

Was really disappointed when I got in here, put a bit of a downer on the night. Looked impressive from the outside, but sadly didn't live upto it when I got inside. I can't believe that clubs still let in underage people... no offence "TEENY BOPPERS", there was a lad in there who must of only been 16! On the plus side the staff were friendly, and yes the bar staff and podium dances were good looking. Well you live and learn, at least I know were not to go next time.

We agree this place is a cattle market all you have to do is walk past someone and they grope you. There are some very sexy men out there but watch out for the dodgy old perverts. The bouncers could be more friendly to all the males and not throw them out the place for no reason.

This place is not all that bad.The occasional entourage of totty and an even more occasional burst of tuneage at infinity from the dj make saturdays at infinity a refreshing change from the bustling at tangled.Myself and my mate Big receeder flange, travel from leeds to manchester every week and this place is quickly becoming a favourite.ps smoking the ladies in here would be more fun without the bouncer chewing your head off.nice 'lil' place. x
