Kaluki remains Sankeys’ firebrand connoisseurs of hedonism, instilling the Saturday night feeling in Manchester’s glitterati for nigh on half a decade now. Edging their way into the unknown territory of the new year, they are also doffing their cap to the season of love that envelopes February, throwing a party the day before Valentine’s Day that celebrates the harmony of coupledom with a glittering partnership. Though this isn’t some soft love-in, instead their getting low down and dirty with one of the most iconic of Ibizan parties, and hauling Zoo Project down for a special soiree.
Zoo Project have been behind one of the biggest coups in Ibizan folklore of recent times, staging parties in the zoo that never was. They were joined by the likes of Johnny D, Seth Troxler, Tobi Neumann and Jamie Jones, summarizing the ebullient abandon that is Ibiza at its best. And that Balearic sunshine will loft its rays upon Manchester.
